Hello My People -
If there is anyone left out there still reading this I just want to tell you that you rock. I think I'm ready to re-establish myself in the blogging world... afterall, I do have things to say! Let's be honest... I've always been opinionated. So let's start with some updates:
* The parents are currently floating on a third-world island called "the Philippines". I will have to post some of their funny emails as they come in. They are happy and safe. That's what really matters.
* I voted. I voted next to Andre Agassi. Don't be jealous. And yes, ladies, his retirement buns are just as lovely as his sporty-spice buns were. He even opened the door on the way out for me.
* I got a new job. It's been a crazy transition, but I'm content. It's always nice to meet new people. I like my workload a lot. I'm learning and expanding my knowledge base, which is always nice. I feel lucky to have landed where I did.
* I'm going to Disneyland soon. It's always fun to head down South.
* I have written 70 pages in my personal journal over the past 2 months. I guess you could say things have been rather private lately. Good, but private. I'm doing great... I'm just not blabbing about it on the internet. But... I would like to find a happy medium. So here I am!
* The siblings and I are circling the wagons (parentless) for Thanksgiving festivities. I'm making a Coconut CUSTARD Pie and Raspberry Pretzel Salad. The siblings took it easy on me. Oh, and I'm learning how to make my sister's homemade rolls. They are KILLER. Happy Thanksgiving. We'll have to catch up soon. Thanks for telling me I was missed. I will be better at writing.
