So when I'm being good, my workout regiment consists of one or two spin classes a week, one or two weight lifting classes, a run here or there and this just in.... ZUMBA! Here's how it goes... the music starts and everyone starts clapping to the beat. Your feet just naturally want to start moving. Before you know it your hips are shaking and wiggling in directions you didn't know you could move in. The sweat starts running down your face and you wonder how that's happening because you are having so much fun moving and looking ridiculous (at least in my case) that you don't realize you are sweating. It's become my motivation to pull me up the "hills" we climb in spin that seem to endlessly burn. So get steppin' already... it's so much fun and makes you feel exotic for at least a few moments :o)
