I was told by my mom that I need to read this book: "Whisperings of the Spirit". The author, Nancy Murphy, is the wife of Dale Murphy - a famous baseball player. Apparently this book will change my life. I'm excited for the opportunity to turn these pages. It will be purchased this week.
A personal recommendation that I would give would be the book: "A Heart Like His", by Virginia Pearce. It teaches us that we can open or close our heart to people and experiences and teaches ways that we can learn how to always have an open heart. I can attest that this book did, in fact, change my perception on myself and my relationships with others. I would highly recommend it if you have any
free moments this summer.
