The Temple Program

My very attractive boss who weighs 240 lbs. of solid muscle has gone back onto his reoccuring "My Body Is a Temple Diet Program" in order to prime himself a godlike body suitable to turn each and every male and female head on the beaches that he will be adorning in the coming months. He started yesterday and I just told him that he needs to inform his office wife (me) of these changes since it effects my life too.
The crazy routine consists of 7 meals a day, 4 being fruit and chicken. Breakfast is a protein shake. The other two meals consist of salads and fish and protein bars here and there. He drinks a protein drink directly after his DAILY two-hour workout that runs from 11-1 each day (20 min. cardio and the remainder is weight lifting). Coffee, sugar and alcohol are curbed... only to be visited again upon the beach of his choice. The amount of protein to be consumed daily is calculated according to his body mass.
This change of routine effects me in a few ways. First of all, the task of fibbing to clients lands on my shoulders as he is missing for a good chunk of time each day. Secondly, I have to prime myself for being asked to house sit his great house and drive his super fast amazing car. I have so little time to plan parties, keep up my swimsuit figure and purchase leather racing gloves. I better get to it ;o)
