I had a super fun weekend jam packed. I spent most of Saturday in my pajama's... yes, even at Costco. How embarrassing. Here are some of the highlights:
FRIDAY: Sleepover with munchkins. Cheesecake Factory takeout food. LOVED High School Musical 2 (filmed at Entrada Golf Course in St. George... been there/stayed there! See above). Little nephew fell off the bed in the middle of the night. Little niece used me for a body pillow all night. The two older kids slept like logs. Next sleepover I am using the older kids as body pillows. It's only fair. SATURDAY: Pilates (forgot how much I love that class), breakfast at parents, movie with brother (Stardust... oddly really good), Costco shopping, pedicure with friend, then off to a wedding. The bride was so young that the thought of me getting married that young made me vaclempt. Lovely wedding though and awesome food. Hung out after and made pasta at 1 am for random gathering of people. Was introduced to the ISQUEEZE machine. Got too bed TOO late for someone who has 9 am church meetings the next day (especially since the night before I was a human body pillow).
SUNDAY: Too tired to do hair. Wore it in little piggy tail buns and got more compliments on the fro than I have in a while. I even got three male "you're beautiful" comments. Wow. LOVED our new RS teacher who is so funny in a dry humor sort of way. We should have put her in a long time ago. Got the courage up to ask new cute boy to a dinner at an old bishopric member's house. Ate and laughed. Ended the night by being serenaded by cute boy on guitar. Saw the biggest spider of my life on the way out the door. Cute boy smashed it. 1 million baby spiders ran all over. Almost threw up in my mouth. Felt like they were crawling all over me on the way home. Dreamt about baby spiders. Not kidding.
MONDAY: Really tired. Wanted to visit my old friend "bottled sunshine" a.k.a. Diet Coke. Picked up a can... put it back in the fridge. Such willpower. Wore hair in piggy tail buns again. Cute boss told me I looked good (what the heck is in the water around here... I guess the less effort I use the better this mess looks... very strange). Still feeling the effects of the baby spider moment. I hate spiders.
