Just like that... in the flash of an eye... we can become addicted to something. Now, I am NOT saying I am addicted to this pretty little number, but I am saying that I REALLY could be if I weren't so aware of the magical powers of the canned bubbles. I know caffeine isn't good for you and I remember thinking that all adults were addicted to caffeine when I was a teenager and I vowed I wouldn't jump on the wagon. I am happy to report I am not addicted (yet) but this past week has been a dabble on the wild side for me. When I was in Scotland I drank a few of these in order to keep me going on our 4 hours of sleep a night. When I got home Monday, I started using this for "medicinal" purposes in the morning to help my body wake up. I didn't have one yesterday, but I knew there might maybe be a start to a problem when I gave in to the voice in my head and grabbed one. When my eye caught view of the can I heard myself say "hello sunshine" to the can. If that isn't the beginning of an addiction, I don't know what is :o) No more Diet Coke for me :o( Until next international vacation, my good friend. Cheers.

As Easy As 1, 2, 3...
