I used to be the BIGGEST kick boxing addict, and then for some reason I started doing other exercises. Well, I am happy to report that the fire has once again been lit under these guns of mine and I have some major air punching to do! My teacher last night comes straight from Ireland and has the coolest accent. She was actually a river dancer... how great is that! She has so much energy and excitement, especially during the "bootie shake" portions of the routine. It also has great, great songs in the current "round" (e.g. Maneater, Wind It Up, My Love - JT, Fergalicious, etc.), so I am totally and completely loving life! After all, I have to do SOMETHING to burn off all that Golden Spoon :o)

New: Old Favorite Thing
