The weather here in Vegas is so beautiful right now! I have been trying to find time, whenever possible, to escape concrete walls and wander outside. Saturday was such a day for me. I went running at the local Soccer park (and felt a huge sense of community in doing so) and then headed over to Tropical Smoothie for a breakfast wrap and smoothie. It's been a cold two months, so the warm rays shinning on my body feel like the return of an old friend.
I was sitting inside Tropical Smoothie chatting with a friend when the craziest thing happened. A man got out of his car with his wife and little boy, wearing a 100% pornographic t-shirt. I instantly looked around to see if there were any children in sight (besides his own...poor kid!) viewing such an awful sight. If I would have had a poncho in my back pocket I would have offered it to him. It took me a minute to focus my attention back on the weather and the good experience I was having before I was violated, but I was able to do so. I wish Disneyland sold condo's inside the park. I would move there.
